Services Offered
Amyra Securities is a SEBI-registered intermediary offering a range of financial and investment services to eligible clients. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Eligibility
To use our services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Minors are not eligible to independently open or operate trading or demat accounts.
- Residency: Our services are primarily intended for residents of the Republic of India. Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and foreign nationals may access limited services subject to applicable FEMA and RBI regulations.
- Legal Capacity: You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- PAN & Aadhaar: A valid PAN card is mandatory for all trading and investment accounts as required by SEBI and Income Tax regulations. Aadhaar-based KYC may be required for certain services.
- Not Barred by Law: You must not be debarred, disqualified, or prohibited by any court, regulatory body, or applicable law from accessing financial markets or services.
Account Registration & KYC
Opening an account with Amyra Securities requires completion of our account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which is mandatory under SEBI and PMLA regulations.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly if it changes.
- KYC Documentation: You must submit all required KYC documents — including identity proof, address proof, PAN, and photograph — as mandated by regulatory guidelines.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account access with any third party.
- Unauthorised Access: You agree to immediately notify us of any suspected unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.
- Single Account: You may not open duplicate or multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing regulatory limits or trading restrictions.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using our platform, you agree to abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and exchange rules. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, reporting to regulatory authorities including SEBI and law enforcement agencies, and legal action.
Investment Risk Disclosure
Investing in securities markets involves inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the following risk disclosures:
- Market Risk: The value of investments can go up or down. Past performance of any security, scheme, or strategy does not guarantee future results.
- Derivatives Risk: Futures and Options are complex instruments and carry a high degree of risk. F&O trading may result in losses exceeding your initial margin or investment.
- Liquidity Risk: Some securities may be illiquid or thinly traded, making it difficult to exit positions at desired prices.
- Regulatory Risk: Changes in laws, regulations, or tax treatment may adversely affect the value of your investments.
- Technology Risk: Trading platform downtime, internet connectivity issues, or technical failures may affect order execution. Amyra Securities shall not be liable for losses arising from such events beyond our reasonable control.

Fees & Charges
Our fee structure is transparent and disclosed upfront. By using our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges:

Detailed brokerage schedules are available on our website. We reserve the right to revise our fee schedule with prior notice as required by applicable regulations.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Amyra Securities website and platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, research reports, data feeds, software, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Amyra Securities or its content licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
- Permitted Use: You may access and view content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent from Amyra Securities.
- Research Reports: Research and analysis published by us is intended solely for the recipient client and may not be redistributed or published without authorisation.
- Trademarks: "Amyra Securities" and associated logos are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amyra Securities, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Investment Losses: Any loss of capital or profit arising from investment or trading decisions made by you, based on information or services provided through our platform.
- System Outages: Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or internet failure beyond our reasonable control.
- Third-Party Actions: Actions or omissions of exchanges, depositories, clearing corporations, banks, or other third-party service providers.
- Force Majeure: Events beyond our control including natural disasters, pandemics, war, regulatory action, or market suspensions.
- Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amyra Securities and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
- Your use or misuse of our platform, services, or content
- Any misrepresentation made by you during registration, KYC, or service use
- Any third-party claims arising from your conduct while using our services
- Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security
This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of your account and these Terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate the client relationship and these Terms subject to applicable regulations and contractual obligations:
- By You: You may request account closure at any time by submitting a written request to us, provided all outstanding dues, margin obligations, and open positions are settled in full.
- By Us — With Notice: We may terminate or suspend your account with reasonable notice for business or regulatory reasons.
- By Us — Immediately: We may immediately suspend or terminate your account without notice in cases of fraud, regulatory breach, market manipulation, false documentation, or legal proceedings against you.
- Post-Termination: Upon closure, we will settle your holdings and balances as per regulatory timelines. Regulatory data retention obligations (see our Privacy Policy) continue beyond termination.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved as follows:
- Grievance Redressal: In the first instance, disputes shall be raised with our Grievance Officer, who will endeavour to resolve them within 30 business days.
- SEBI SCORES: If unresolved, you may escalate to SEBI through the SCORES (SEBI Complaint Redress System) portal at scores.gov.in.
- Exchange Arbitration: Disputes relating to trades executed on NSE or BSE may be referred to the respective exchange's investor grievance mechanism and arbitration panel.
- Jurisdiction: For any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration, the courts of competent jurisdiction shall be those located in the city where our registered office is situated.
Amendments to Terms
Amyra Securities reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in our business, services, or applicable regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, we will:
- Post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date
- Notify registered clients by email or through our client portal where required by regulation
- Display a prominent notification on our website for significant changes
Your continued use of our platform and services after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of our services and submit an account closure request.
